There are a variety of reasons why you may not be able to login.
1. Make sure you have the correct user ID and password. If you are unsure, write to us. We have found the auto password reset to be unreliable. We can never see your password, but are happy to reset it for you if you've forgotten it.
2. Still having trouble logging in? Try a different browser. We particularly find Internet Explorer, AOL, and old computer systems are the most often problematic. If you're using Internet Explorer, try Firefox (or visa versa). That often resolves the problem.
3. Are you using a firewall? You may need to set http://www.polkadotbanner.com as a safe site on your safe list.
4. Still no luck? Check your computer cookies, and delete any PolkaDotBanner cookies, then try again. Often what happens is your computer thinks your logged in, while our site disagrees. You need to clear your cache and/or cookies so the two can agree again.
