Has something happened with the site? I was just wondering when the featured author for October 2010 was going to be announced cause it seems like it's been a while.

The announcement is coming very soon! The interview has been done, and we're just waiting for the graphics to be added in. (Today's Nov. 10th, and the new Featured Author is usually announced by the 12th or so.)
